Job Title: Lakme CTI & Claims Sr. Specialist Location: Mumbai HURC ABOUT THE ROLE As a member of the Lakme CTI team, key responsibilities will be: Delivering CTI, and Claims support for Lakme across Renovation and innovation projects as well as helping to develop new communication and strategic plans.  Developing consumer understanding, evaluating  products, substantiation and claims support strategies for projects as well as delivering consumer research plans.   Should have a broad category technical understanding of formulation, consumers and testing methodologies used to assess product performance.  Interpersonal and communication skills as well as project and time management.    Furthermore, creative mindset with ability to translate complex product information into simple consumer. Background and Purpose of the Job: To support Consumer Technical Insights and Claims work stream for Lakme by delivering outstanding communications for our innovation that are robustly supported in technical and consumer understanding.   To also develop and execute Strategic Understanding plans by interacting in a multi-disciplinary business environment. Compelling Expectation    Drive the desire to look for consumer insight, consumer appealing claims for the category, through brainstorming/workshops.    Capture and interpret consumer research data, sensory feedback, and claim substantiation evidence into robust dossiers. Ensure consumer language alignment in all package copy, advertising briefs, and marketing materials. Anticipate and mitigate consumer perception risks, regulatory challenges, and competitive threats. Build strong networks with Brand, CMI, Clinical, and R&D teams to embed consumer insights into innovation. End to end lead for the internal panel management and upgradation. Critical Functional Capabilities Execute claim support testing plans and panel studies. Competition mapping and claims understanding and generating claims. Clinical management with CROs Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge in testing methods and experience in claims Ability to leverage consumer data analytics for insights. Excellent spoken English, presentation skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders. #LI-Onsite
