Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is 6-month apprenticeship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. UPLIFT give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact. Candidate Criteria Final year students or fresh graduates Indonesian Citizenship A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) A minimum GPA of 3.30 Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG Available for a full-time and on-site apprenticeship starting from September 2026 – March 2027 Recruitment Timeline Online Application: 10– 21 July 2026 Selection Process: July 2026 – August 2026 Joining Date: Mid-September 2026 Please apply online, your application will be reviewed against our requirements.
